All orders should arrive between 1-3 business days Mon-Fri (i.e. a weekend will add an additional 2 days). In some cases, such as the Christmas Season, orders may take a further 2-4 days. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days please contact us with your order number and we will follow up with the courier for you.

Please be patient as there can be a delay between when your order is received and when we pack and send it (your tracking code will get sent to you then). Do check your junk and spam email just in case the email has gone there. If you still don't have it, please contact us with your order number and a request for a tracking code.

Oh no, that’s not good at all. Your best action to take is to get in touch with the courier depot – these details will be in the courier track and trace dispatch email supplied to you.

We hope this isn’t the case. Best case scenario, there has simply been a delay with the couriers, so make sure to check your track and trace dispatch email for update and details, or get in touch with the courier company if you are unsure. If your track and trace links says your item has been delivered, but there is no sign of it, you will need to deal directly with the couriers to lodge an enquiry to see if they can locate it for you. Failing that, you will have to lodge a missing item report with them in order to qualify for a potential refund.
