Didn’t get it right the first time around? No worries!
The good news is that you can return an item to us within 15 days of purchasing and we will refund you the full product cost.
Upon receiving the return we will refund the money back into the credit card you used to purchase the item. You will get an email when this gets done. NB. allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to complete.
Once you send the item back to us feel free to buy a better sized fit or a different item.
Returns Policy
Product must be in the original condition, including tags or labels, there must be no odors, makeup marks, perfume or deodorant smells, hairs or fibres, or any alterations made to the clothing item. Failing this, we are not obligated to issue you a refund, and sending the item back to you will be at your expense.
You will be responsible to cover the shipping costs to send the item back to us before the refund is processed.
Payment and Refund
If you paid for your order with a credit card, your refund will be issued back to that same credit card. If you used a gift card from another provider (such as a Prezzy card) to make your purchase and require a refund, we will issue you a new Twisted Thread gift card for the refunded amount.
Please note that we do not make manual deposits for refunds. All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method or issued as a new Twisted Thread gift card, as described above.
Returns Process
If you decide on sending the order back to us we highly recommend using a track and trace courier bag so that you can supply us the tracking, as we cannot refund T-Shirts that ‘gets lost’ in the mail (i.e. no tracking provided).
We would appreciate if you email support@twistedthread.co.nz with a heads up that you will be proceeding with a return (just let us know your order number and tracking number).
