Delivery and Costs

  • $5 Guaranteed Delivery NZ Wide (3-5 Business Days)
  • $9 Fast NZ Post Courier Post (1 Business Day)*
  • Free Standard Delivery on all orders over $60
  • $3 Surcharge for Rural Orders

Delivery Notes

  • *Fast NZ Post Courier is posted the business the day after you make your order, and then is delivered overnight (track and trace provided)
  • Business Days are Monday - Friday
  • We do not operate over public holidays
  • Orders after 5pm are processed the following day
  • We are shut 20th Dec - 10th Jan (no orders will be delivered)
  • Delivery is New Zealand wide
  • We do not deliver internationally

 

Delivery Timing

  • We do our very best to ensure all orders are delivered within 2-5 working days
  • You should receive a confirmation email immediately your order is completed.
  • Once the order is processed (over the next 1-2 days), which you will then receive a dispatch email with you tracking code.
  • Public holidays and rural addresses may delay orders by a day or two.
  • Our Twisted Threads streetwear clothing range is custom designed and produced in California USA which takes approx. 2 weeks to be delivered. 

Delivery Address

  • Please provide a physical street address that can receive packages. You can check this using the NZ post address checker.
  • We’re not able to deliver to a P.O. Box.
  • If you put in the wrong address, or an address that NZ Post cannot locate or deliver the package to, you will be responsible to pay for any subsequent shipping costs (if the package is returned to us), or alternatively to pick up the package from the nearest delivery depot.

 

Return Your Product for a 100% Refund

  • We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on the product cost. You will be responsible to cover the shipping costs to send the item back to us before the refund is processed.
  • Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, we will fully refund any clothing that arrives to you damaged or defected.

 

Exchanges

Sorry we strictly do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure before you buy, please contact a friendly staff member at info@twistedthread.co.nz or message us on Facebook.

Out of Stock Items

On the off chance that a product you order is out of stock on our end - we will offer to refund your order no questions asked (alternatively we will source your product and get it to you as quickly as possible).
