Fast NZ Wide delivery is available for all orders. Do note that orders made after 2pm will be processed the next working day.

When your order is confirmed you should receive an order confirmation email - please note this is not your tracking email. Only once we have processed your order (allow 24 hours), will we then send you a dispatch email with your NZPost Track and Trace number

Our partner NZPost will deliver your order in 1–3 working days. Rural addresses can take up to five working days. NZPost delivers to any street, rural address or PO Box in New Zealand.

Delivery Policy

• If you put in the wrong address, or an address that the couriers cannot locate or deliver the package to, you will be responsible to pay for any subsequent shipping costs (if the package is returned to us), otherwise you will need to pick up the package from the nearest delivery depot.
• We do not guarantee that your parcel will reach its destination within the delivery target, this is determined by the courier service.
• Public holidays may delay orders up to 2 days
• We do not deliver internationally
