- *Orders made after 2pm are processed the next business the day after you make your order.
- We do not guarantee that your parcel will reach its destination within the delivery target, this is determined by the courier service.
- Delivery to rural, remote or south island areas may take longer.
- Business Days are Monday - Friday
- Public holidays may delay orders up to 2 days
- Delivery is New Zealand wide
- We do not deliver internationally
- You should receive an order confirmation email.
- Once the order is processed (allow 24 hours), you should then receive a dispatch email with you tracking code.
- Your order will then go out on the next available courier
- Please provide a physical street address that can receive packages. You can check this using the NZ post address checker. If you are using a PO Box please use the $7.99 shipping option.
- If you put in the wrong address, or an address that our couriers cannot locate or deliver the package to, you will be responsible to pay for any subsequent shipping costs (if the package is returned to us), or alternatively to pick up the package from the nearest delivery depot.
Return Your Product for a 100% Refund
- We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on the product cost. You will be responsible to cover the shipping costs to send the item back to us before the refund is processed.
- Returned goods must be shipped back in the original condition, including tags or labels, there must be no odors, makeup marks, perfume or deodorant smells, hairs or fibres, or any alterations made to the clothing item.
- Items that are returned to us that are deemed by our staff as not being in original condition will result in you receiving no refund.
- Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, we will fully refund any clothing that arrives to you damaged or defected.

Out of Stock Items
On the off chance that a product you order is out of stock on our end - we will offer to refund your order no questions asked (alternatively we will source your product and get it to you as quickly as possible).
