Delivery and Costs

  • Free Standard Delivery on all orders over $60

Business Days: Mon-Fri 

(NB: Courier is posted the business day after you make your order, and is delivered overnight). 

Delivery Timing

Most orders will be delivered within 2-7 working days. We will process your order as soon as possible within standard business hours (Monday-Friday).

You should receive a confirmation email when your order is completed. Our aim is to deliver your clothing items to you within a few days, in some rare cases it may take 1-2 weeks longer.

Please note that public holidays and rural addresses may delay orders by a day or two.

Our Twisted Thread clothing range is custom designed and produced in California USA which takes approx. 2 weeks to be delivered. 

Delivery Address

Please provide a physical street address that can receive packages. We’re not able to deliver to a P.O. Box. If you put in the wrong address, or an address that NZ Post or Courier cannot locate or deliver the package to, you will be responsible to pay for any subsequent shipping if the package is returned to us, or alternatively, you will be responsible to pick up the package from the nearest depot where the package is being held.

No International Delivery

Sorry, we don't ship internationally. Bummer. New Zealand wide shipping only.

 

Returns

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, we will fully refund any clothing that arrives to you damaged or defected.

Our team uses the upmost care to ensure you are looked after, we aim to provide quality clothing, pricing and information. If you genuinely feel let down by your order please contact us at info@twistedthread.co.nz for a 30 day money back guarantee. Please note that you will have to cover the shipping costs to send the item back to us.

Sale Items

You just landed yourself a sweet bargain, so sale items are unable to be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. 

Out of Stock Items

On the off chance that a product you order is out of stock on our end - we will offer to refund your order no questions asked (alternatively we will source your product and get it to you as quickly as possible).
